We have recently launched our very own magazine - Opportunity Houston℠ All the World - One Region.
In partnership with TEXAS MONTHLY, this publication will be a vibrant, glossy, bimonthly magazine that spotlights living, working and doing business in the Houston region.
Focus: The Opportunity Houston℠ magazine will keep readers informed on our diverse economy, quality of life, global flavor and friendly business climate.
Audience: It will be an indispensable source for Houston business leaders and national and international executives interested in doing business in the greater Houston area.
Purpose: As you know, the Partnership's 2005-2015 Strategic Plan calls for us to develop and implement an aggressive economic development and lead generation program to help grow 600,000 net regional jobs, develop $60 billion in additional capital investment and increase foreign trade by $120 billion. That program is Opportunity Houston℠. To reach the plan's goals and establish the Houston region as a business magnet, we must build on our core industry sectors, attract and retain a strong talent pool, stay ahead of growth trends, proactively seek business development opportunities and communicate Houston's unique qualities. The Opportunity Houston℠ magazine will be a vital tool in reaching those goals.
